Giza cotton is the "Queen of Egyptian Cotton." Grown in the fertile Nile Delta, it features extra-long fibers that are significantly finer and stronger than standard cotton. Herringbone is a broken-twill weave that creates a distinctive "V" or "zigzag" pattern. It is prized for its structural integrity and elegant drape. Choose Herringbone if you want a fabric that has a bit more weight, resists wrinkles well, and offers a sophisticated, textured look.
It’s all about the "over-under" pattern. Plain weave is a simple crisscross that is crisp, breathable, and strong. Satin weave floats several threads over one, creating a silky-smooth surface with a beautiful sheen. While Plain is great for a matte, everyday look, Satin is perfect for a luxurious, formal feel.
Unlike solid-dyed fabrics, Melange is made by mixing different colored fibers together before they are spun into yarn. This creates a unique, heathered effect with subtle depth and color variations, giving the product a more visual, multi-toned texture.
Twill is identified by its diagonal ribbing (similar to denim but much finer in Giza cotton). We use it because it is incredibly durable, drapes beautifully, and is naturally better at hiding stains and resisting creases compared to other weaves.
