Returns or exchanges are accepted only for eligible products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear images of the issue. We will review the case and assist accordingly.

Eligible products may be exchanged for another size or available option, subject to stock availability and approval.

 6.⁠ ⁠Return Approval
All return or exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Shaan & Stitch. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy.

 7.⁠ ⁠Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.

 8.⁠ ⁠Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping
Where applicable, we may arrange reverse pickup. In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

 9.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on eligible orders at the time of purchase. However, return or exchange shipping charges will apply, depending on the nature of the request, pickup availability, and serviceability of the location.
